Studio Policies
I'm so glad you're here! Providing a quality service for you is a priority for me! In return I ask that respecting my business is a priority for you. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to all policies listed below.

If you are running late, I totally get it! Stuff happens. I will always do my best to be accommodating. After 15 minutes into your appointment time we may have to either reschedule or forfeit parts of your experience to fit in the remaining time. If you need to reschedule you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel I ask that you give me 48 hours notice! I send out text reminders, you can message me directly, or cancel online. Again, I know life happens. If you cancel after that time you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service or more.

No shows are unacceptable. I make it very easy to get in touch with me, if you cant make it please let me know. If you "no call no show" there will be a fee for 100% of your service.

I strive for all my clients to leave feeling beautiful upon departure from their appointment. If adjustments need to be made, please let me know within 5 days. But because of the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. Please don't feel guilty about needing something fixed! I want you to be happy with your results.
